By commissioning me, you agree to the following:1. I reserved the right to ownership of the commissioned art and the ability to use said work in portfolios, social media, commission sheets, etc.2. I reserve the right to decline or cancel commissions on my own accord for any reason that may be stated through an emailed response, which may include but is not limited to: full commission slots, discomfort with the subject matter, uncertainty in the ability to carry out the piece’s complexity, and ill-mannered customer behavior3. If the commissioned work is posted online, provide credit to me as the artist.3. NFTs made of the commissioned art will not be permitted under any circumstances. For cases where the commission is made with the intent of mass-production or profitable services, commercial prices will be discussed through email and collected alongside the base payment.4. Under absolutely no circumstances may AI be used with the finished art or WIPS sent, nor may AI be used as reference or inspiration material sent to me, the artist.5. All payment will be received upfront. No refunds will be accepted except in the circumstance that the commission can not be completed on my end. Please be completely sure that you have the appropiate funds for payment before commissioning me, as this policy is not subject to change. For transactions over $100, the option of splitting the payment 50-50 before and after will be provided.6. All commissions will have a transaction fee placed on top of the original payment.7. Customers hold the option of receiving work-in-progress updates and the ability to revise and approve them before I, the artist, move onto the next stage of the drawing process. Work-in-progress updates will be provided 2 times: one after the sketching phase and another after the lineart + flat colors phrase. If the commission is only lineart and flat colors, updates will be restricted to just the sketching phase. Please note that revisions may be limited based on my own discretion in order to avoid overworking myself on a single piece. Feel free to ask any questions on what can or can not be revised during the revision/approval process.*NOTE: I will not move on with the drawing process unless I am given an explicit seal of approval on the work-in-progress. Failure to provide a response within a 7-day timeframe may result in early termination of the commission altogether, leaving you, as the customer, with less than what you pay for. Please make sure to approve the work-in-progress as soon as possible.Payment

Note Regarding Complexity
The prices listed are base prices and additional charges may be added depending on the complexity of the piece including but not limited to: multiple characters, complex background, intricate items and props, detailed designs, and unique perspective. These costs will be determined on my judgement but here are a few examples to get an idea:
Four characters in flat color with 3 half-body and 1 shoulder-up ($65) + complex perspective on glasses reflection ($10) + glasses item ($5) + additional lighting/difficult compositing ($10) = $90
Two half-body characters in full render ($80) + crane machine ($15) + 12 fully rendered plushies ($80) + posterized arcade image for background (no extra charge) = $175
**Please note that these two pieces took me 13 and 26 hours respectively, hence their high hypothetical prices. Any questions or concerns may be discussed over email as details of the commission are exchanged.
